The VINCI Foundation project itinerary
1 > Applications are reviewed and a shortlist drawn up
Application forms must be sent to the Foundation by a VINCI employee. They are reviewed throughout the year, as they are received (as opposed to being considered only at the time of selection committee meetings). Applications are shortlisted by the Foundation's standing team.
2 > A meeting is called with the project owner
The Foundation's permanent team in charge of the application and the VINCI sponsor(s) meet the project owner at his work site. This first meeting is an opportunity to assess the project’s viability and to confirm the partnership's scope.
3 > The project is put before the selection Committee
The applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee members who meet five times a year and decide how to allocate funding.
4 > The partnership is instituted
If funding is granted, a partnership agreement is signed between the project owner, the sponsor(s) and the Foundation. The Foundation’s permanent team remains at the disposal of the sponsor and project owner to help them keep the cooperation going, in particular by organising regular monitoring and assessment of the initiative.
5 > Partnership assessment report
At the end of one year, the sponsor(s) is sent an assessment sheet to review the partnership with the supported association and define future prospects.
